The relocation of Mingshi's new factory building is a large-scale systematic project, which will be carried out in a planned and phased manner according to the company's unified deployment. At present, it is the end of the year, and the production task is very heavy. All departments are making the final sprint to better complete the annual task. Our pipe workshop is no exception. As the first "advance force" to relocate, we must strictly implement the company's relocation plan and alsostrictly follow the spirit of the production meeting: it does not affect production, does not affect delivery, and does not affect customers.
It is said that "a good start is half the battle", how to start well? Play a leading role? This is a big problem facing our pipe workshop, and it is also a critical moment that tests the execution ability of our pipe workshop. So, from the workshop director to ordinary employees, we actively took action, came up with ideas, brainstormed, and developed a practical and feasible action plan based on the operation status of each production line, while ensuring production tasks. On the one hand, we put in full power for backup production to ensure delivery, and on the other hand, we made use of all time to break down the whole into smaller parts, seize every opportunity, achieve scientific arrangement, and effective utilization, and relocate as a whole and flexibly. After more than a month of intense and orderly work, the relocation of 7 production lines has been completed, and timely installation and debugging have been carried out, and they have been put back into normal operation
Relocation, the "pipes" are in action. I believe that under the correct leadership of the company and the joint efforts of all employees in the workshop, our pipe workshop will be able to complete the relocation work smoothly and on schedule, play a leading role, and ensure that the relocation and production are not delayed.
