On June 8, MINGSHI Marketing Center organized a summary meeting from January to May, aiming to fully review and dismantle the marketing activities in the first five months, summarize the achievements and shortcomings in the work through data analysis, and look forward to plan and adjust the subsequent marketing direction.
The meeting proceeded smoothly in an atmosphere of sharing and discussion. Each segment in marketing made a summary and planning presentation in turn, shared a number of classic cases and discussed the main problems that needed to be solved and coordinated, and formulated suggestions, strategies and measures to solve them.
During the discussion, the marketing leaders of each department have also reached a consensus - the current market is undoubtedly in a period of significant change, it is difficult to achieve the desired results with conventional methods of play, the only way to further improve the management level, to carry out marketing and channel construction work with innovative thinking, to create a sustainable development path for themselves.
The economic downturn and market turmoil often mean the beginning of industry reshuffle, how to accurately grasp the opportunity to stand out in the "chaos" is our next key issue. Doing the present work well, working together and with one heart, we have enough time and confidence to hit the annual target.
