On June 20th, the Guangdong Stainless Steel Materials and Products Association held an expert review meeting for the group standard of stainless-steel pipes for indoor water supply. Our technical person participated in the review meeting.
After listening to reports on the preparation instructions of the standards and the summary and revision of public solicitation of opinions, the expert review team certified, reviewed, and conducted on-site inquiries on the technical documents of the standard submission for review. After in-depth discussion and analysis, the approval team has put forward specific modification suggestions.
At the meeting, the expert group unanimously agreed that the formulation of the "Stainless Steel Pipes for Indoor Water Supply" standard filled the gap in the industry standard for stainless steel pipes for indoor water supply, effectively promoting the promotion and application of stainless-steel pipes in the field of home decoration. It is of great significance for improving the technical standard system of China's stainless-steel industry, leading the standardization and standardization development of the industry, and thus can qualitatively improve the health and safety of drinking water for the general public.
